One-Touch & Push-In Pneumatic Fittings

Modern automation relies heavily on push-in fittings because they permit instant toolless connection and disconnection, reducing assembly labor.

An industry-standard straight union built from high-strength polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) using a push-pull claw system. It securely locks 6 mm OD tubing and handles severe pressure envelopes from -0.95 bar vacuum up to 14 bar.

A heavy-duty, 360-degree rotating elbow fitting crafted from nickel-plated brass and fitted with an NBR seal. It transitions a rugged R1/2 male thread down to a 12 mm push-in line, providing space-saving routing around tight actuator valves.

Uses a highly specialized profile seal that demands up to 30% lower tube insertion force while guaranteeing a perfect mechanical vacuum-to-pressure seal up to 1 MPa (10 bar). Standardized to connect a 10 mm OD line to a 10 mm OD line.

Premium blue polyurethane line with a 6 mm outside and 4 mm inside diameter. Highly kink-resistant with a tight 16 mm minimum bending radius, making it optimized for high-cycle dynamic applications like moving robot energy chains.

A thick-walled 10 mm OD / 7 mm ID industrial pneumatic hose configured for larger volumetric air delivery up to 10 bar fluid pressure lines. Resists ambient temperatures stretching from deep freeze (-35°C) up to a searing +60°C environment.

Highly calibrated blue 8 mm outer diameter line distributed in 25-meter bundles for general industrial workbench air delivery and manual tooling setups. Rated for reliable 9 bar operation.
