Air Tubing

Polyurethane (PU) air tubing is the industry standard for pneumatic systems due to its extreme flexibility, kink resistance, and durability. It is highly resilient, returning to its original shape after bending, making it ideal for tight spaces and robotic applications.

• Material Types: Available as Ester-based (excellent choice for standard air, oil, and abrasion resistance) or Ether-based (highly resistant to moisture, mold, and hydrolysis for humid environments).
• Working Pressure: Typically handles between 0 to 10 bar (145 PSI) at standard room temperature.
• Temperature Range: Operates reliably from -20°C up to 60°C/80°C. Higher temperatures naturally decrease the max pressure capacity.
• Common Sizes (OD x ID): 4mm x 2.5mm, 6mm x 4mm, 8mm x 5mm, 10mm x 6.5mm, and 12mm x 8mm.
